Role Overview
As a Dispatcher, you will monitor, respond to, and follow up on alarm activity and customer requests effectively and professionally. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your problem-solving skills and attention to detail will make a difference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor, respond to, and dispatch emergency signals promptly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service in response to incoming requests and inquiries.
  • Proficiently verify and dispatch alarms to police and fire agencies.
  • Work within defined company and Central Station policies.
  • Maintain and meet minimum quality and production standards.
  • Process basic data changes to customer accounts.
  • Multi-task effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Work independently and contribute positively to a strong team environment.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving, communication, computer, and phone skills.
  • Successfully pass the CSAA Level 1 certification after 90 days of employment.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays as required.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of customer service or related experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications or a willingness to learn.
